It was a beautiful morning yesterday, lots of low cloud but the sun highlighting the mountains, see photo.
We came across first sighting of Slime Mould this year, it is quite impressive when it first arrives but in a couple of days quickly turns to mush.
Geese are still flying south and also 17 Whooper or Bewick swans on the same journey.
This morning we disturbed the young Roe deer, have not seen it for a few weeks, it lost it’s mother about three weeks ago but it seems to be coping well.
