A flock of approximately 12 were having a good feed over the three small ponds, this warm wet spell has brought the small flies and midges out at the right time.
Took a net to one of the small ponds that contained frog spawn, no tadpoles were found, only small Damselfly larvae, too small to eat the tadpoles but did find a small frog, probably one of last years brood.
