A much warmer morning and the new arrivals are singing, quite a few Willow Warblers in the willows around the fishing pond, also came a cross a Chiffchaff and a flock of Linnets.
One of the owl boxes has been adopted by a pair of Carrion Crows, nest building has started on the support, see photo.
The two swans are now spending their time in the pond directly behind the fishing pond but no sign of nest building as yet.
Bumble bees are on the Willow blossom but no signs of the workers, they are late this year, normally they emerge just as it comes into bloom.
